is the front door speaker and tweeter by the window come from the same wire on the amp?

the tweeter by the window works.

I broke an egg, the front right door speaker was not working so I pulled off the speaker grill and took out the 4 screws and took the speaker out.... apparently thats not the way to do it as I pulled out the wires from the speaker cone.

I am trying to decide if its a short in the wires or from the amp or from the headunit.

Should the speaker leads give me some reading on the voltmeter? I get nothing from it right now

yes I know how to use the fader...
