Can anyone recommend me which ones to buy, is the model number 2309????

This is what I used. I searched and found it on this forum somewhere. These were budget friendly also!

I have the NGK Iridium LFR7 IAX.

Are these the one step colder plugs?

Are these what most are running?

I bought the car and this is what was in it just wasn't sure if this was what most are using.

I'm a bit ignorant in that area, sorry, but what does it mean to get colder spark plugs ? What is the benefit of doing so ?

transfers heat faster away from the electrode.
Higher number indicates colder plugs
