Mine rusted and has a hole. I need another one. Does anyone know if this is an off the shelf part? I'd rather not mess with bending my own lines.

Have you reached out to Brembo, as their the manufacturer of the calipers?
But try this, since Brembo makes all these calipers for different car makers, they use the same general design and parts.
