A different spin on it but a hairline crack unnoticed then this

That's a new one. You could be the first for that particular failure. Is that the SC tensioner or accessory belt.

It’s the same pulley that’s on the tensioner but I use it on a belt wrap kit ,it is not on some type of set up with manual tension just an idler pulley ,yeah freak thing

Yikes! Mine seems to have slight lateral play (and has worn a good bit of green color off my new belt), wanted to see if I could replace the bearing. Does it look like it would press out? And does yours have play as well? Might be too destroyed to tell...

that’s the part number ,for that tensioner pulley , they don’t sell it separate under E55 part numbers

Supercharger tensioner. You can tell by the bolt that you put the socket on to remove tension. SC is a 12 pt, accessory is a 6 pt.

ok , obviously I stole another pulley of a spare tensioner , didn’t know somebody was going to forensically examine my post lol,
yeah took out the hood
