Your on wrong forum, this forum is for W211 AMG cars,You need to charge/replace the battery, did you leave anything on in the car that drained the battery?

Also depending how old your battery is, it simply might not be able to hold a charge anymore. So spend the money and replace it.
The original battery in my 07 E63 was 11 years old, and started showing signs of not starting. I had the battery tested, and it failed miserably.
That day, I went to Mercedes of Alexandria and purchased a new one, one of the service managers allowed me to use his employee discount.
Total cost was $222, with the core. Without the core, would have been $35 more.

I got the one for my CLS for $168 at the dealer in Bangor They didn't want anything to do with my core. Thought that was a pretty good deal at the time. 10 years on a battery is always impressive.

Do the non-AMG models have two batteries as well? If so, replace them both.

My wife's E has 2. Anything with SBC I guess. Just remembered, I'm still running on the original front battery. I pulled the top and wetted out the plates with some fresh acid and it held a happy 14 volts overnight so I forgot about it.
