hey everyone, just went to check my battery voltage and this came on :/ now the car starts up and drives fine, no red error messages or anything but I had a few question on what I should do! I have no idea when the battery was replaced. Ps- the car is driven twice a week and the message does go away after driving and won’t come on if the car is driven daily
1- replace both batteries and which brand if so
2- charge this one up

ah I understand, I messaged the last owner hoping he could let me know when he last did the battery, to my understanding the aux is got sbc so I don’t think that’s my issue but seeing as this was my weekend car (sold daily so now it’s a main driver) I hear when these sit the messages can appear, I plan to go autozone to get a test on it! Maybe it’s fine just Bc it’s been sitting

Also, when the aux battery goes out it’ll show a Red warning sign correct?

Spoke to a Benz tech, found out this is NORMAL for any 55k car that sits over time. He said the aux message will show red and that’s urgent where as this can idle or be driven for 15+ minutes and fix itself, he did reccomend going to somewhere that offers a free battery test to see what it’s at but more times than not it’s sorted.
