Plastic on new conductor plate broken

Had a new valvebody and conductor plate arrive today. Looks like during shipping it had a little damage. The plastic 'barriers' and a nipple for the metal to stay in place was broken. Pictures attached. I'm thinking it's fine to put on what do u guys think?

Got it from a member with the valvebody so cant send it back. Was shipped assembled so I guess one of the courier tossed it hehe. I'll install and see how it goes..I think it will be fine I'm only gambling some time and 90 bucks of oil vs 250 for another plate

I had bad line pressure the torque converter was locked up while cruising aka lots of engine load shake at 40kmph at 1000 rpm and some harsh shifts. That was all gone then I checked the fluid and it was high so I drained some. As I was driving to get to 80c I kept being put in limp mode. I drained some more and got the level right but I'm stuck in limp always now and that code keeps coming back. I'm only clearing with torque app do I need to unplug battery or star to get the car out of limp mode?

I'll probably just buy a conductor plate and replace the one I got think it was damaged in transit, but first I'll review my work tomorrow particularly the connector bushing to ensure its not leaking.
