Andres Morejon

Hey all, my recently purchased 2005 e55's trunk only opens halfway. After looking into it there should be a menu for disabling the limit on it but I simply do not have the menu. Any clues what to do? I also have no ambient lighting menu on the cluster even though it shows on the cars manual. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
