Days cycle counter
Will the “days cycle counter” located in the ECU’s service history cease counting while the cars battery is dead/disconnected?

I had one instance with my 2009 when my seats and roof didn't work after not driving it for about 10 days (and forgetting to plug it in) -- I didn't get the CONVENICE FEATURES message on the dash, so I'm not sure if the 2009+ display that message. After 20 minutes or so of driving, both worked fine when I got back home.
So check to see if your heated seats work (when the roof doesn't). If the seats are getting warm, then I don't a low voltage from the battery is causing the roof issue. If the seat heater button is blinking (rather than solid red), you have a low voltage situation.
