Hopefully someone can chime in - recently walked into water leaking into the rear drivers side floor. Sunroof drains are working correctly so I replaced the windshield cowling since it showed some age.

Water is still coming in after this. Water is coming in through the drivers side kick panel speaker hole. I can literally watch it drip in from there.

This happens when I pour water on the drivers side cowling area. The water comes both from under the fender liner, but also into that speaker hole.

I have checked also the drains from the engine bay fuse area drains and they are clear of debris.
