My car is blue at time gray..dark gray sometime I even see a very light gold on the quarters...
When I bought the car I was 100% sure it was a blue of some type only to see this gray and I was sold.

Any ideas if this is a flint gray car?

if I would have written back then that all colors below 100 are designo colors then it would not be right - but that is not what I wrote - is it?

OP: either flint grey or platinum blue, cant really tell because the lighting or ps of the images..

I know this is very old thread , but i'm not clear with something.

The car color of Yuille : designo graphitte or tectite grey ?!

I want to paint the interior trim of my w211 in this graphite color ( Yuille car) what color code it is?!
I saw someone who paint the trim in tectite ( green shade) but the picture wasnt so good to make an ideea. It seems to be nice but i m not sure,so i stay on this graphite.

I have an 09 in designo graphite. Same as Yuille. It is code 041U. Hard to match. I have hell with dealers when a door handle goes bad.

Yuille is 041 * without U*. what is the difference ?

Not entirely sure, but all the codes I'm familiar with have a "U" at the end. Like the black is a 040U. I know this 'cause that's the paint code that my rear door handle was sent it. According to SA, it was sent as a 040U in error because it was so close to 041U (my color, graphite). Then they had to paint it to match my car, then incompetence ensued.


Also, my touch up paint came in 041U. Says so on the bottle and invoice. And it doesn't match what's on my car that well.

It's the lighting. The metallic flakes alters it.
I honestly LOVE the color. My search was for a 'gray' one so this was just icing
