OE Tuning tuned my stock W212 E63 at Gintani!

About to head out there in the next 2 weeks. Just finished with insanely busy last 2 weeks. Hopefully he'll be back in town and timing will work out perfectly for both of us.
I'm planning on asking him this question, but thought I would post it to all of you as well. I'm out here in CA where the fuel is 91 octane with ethanol.
When i open my gas lid, it says 93 octane minimum, but I think it's referring to RON, not the US standard of the average of the 2.
Regardless, I've been buying drums of 100 octane fuel and mixing it with the 91 pump to get about 93+ octane. Overall the car runs a little smoother, but not a huge difference. if this was an FI engine, I think this would be a completely different question.
But with our NA setup, do you guys think there would be a significant difference between 91 and <93 octane?
The only reason I ask is because it's questionable if I want to get tuned with 93+ octane in the tank. I'm not sure if I want to buy drums forever! :-)

Interestingly, there was only a 10 rwhp difference between my previous car (2010 Camaro, Kenne Bell supercharged, Corsa catback) and another Camaro with same setup, but different brand exhaust, which was across the country from me.
I'm in CA with 91 octane and this other car was tuned for 93 octane.
My car made 470 rwhp and his car made 480 rwhp.
Any further info regarding stock AFR for a w212 E63?

if it's a different dyno, and different car, and across the country, i'm not sure how comparable the 2 dyno's are.
But nonetheless it's a ball park comparison. You would imagine especially with FI, you would notice a significant difference. interesting indeed.

Also, FYI, to answer the question about fuel ratio, Jeremy disclosed that he didn't like showing it because a lot of people didn't know what and how to modify A/F Ratio. So I best not say, but I can tell you stock at idle it's 14/1 and it went up to as high as 9/1.
OE Tech's tune is more thorough in that it does modify A/F ratio. :-) Hope that helps.
