Thumbs up need advice on buying a new set of wheels!!

i currently have the exact set-up shown on my avatar (with the carbon ceramic brakes... lol) and my car is black....
i never bought rims in my life so im clueless to what goes with what and whats good or bad...i checked out some wheel/tire set-ups on tirerack.com and nothing seemed to interest me at all...anyone here have a black e63 with after market rims and want to show me some pics? or suggest something in particular?
all i know,is that i dont like all chrome i find it pretty cheezy...and i was thinking maybe all black? considering i have a black car....anyways lol any ideas would be appreciated!!
thanks

also...i dont want to restrict driveabilty...im guessing if i go with 19-20' rims its bad news no?

I'd start by looking in the forums (in this section and in the CLS section) by searching for terms like HRE, ADV and BBS to see pics .
Then I'd email wheels boutique and wheel experts and ask them if they can send me pictures of different setups on my car.

Are you wanting to get rid of the rims (like in your avatar) now? I may be interested.

Really, carbon ceramic brakes?!...Haven't seen any of those around.

Anyway, sounds like Vic can offer some sound advice.

Who's that dude in the background? Is he anyone we know?

Nice pix, by the way. Look at the body colored side marker...didn't notice that before. Looks like the brakes has been changed to brembo.

LOL- never even wonder about that guy...but thats my car. The brakes are actually OEM and since they are Brembos I put the logo on.

The wheels are:

HRE C97's
20x9
20x10
and both weighed in at 21 lbs.

With the factory ceramics your not going to get a deep conical/concave, I would focus on a wheel that will show off the brakes, thin 5 spoke, etc.

Hey 6.2amg I saw your thread, and there are a lot of choices to make your whip look good and clean. Checkout our website www.Acealloywheel.com to checkout our wheel selections. The Mesh7 would be perfect for your car. Have an ACE day!

a nice set of HRE's or ADV has some nice wheels. I wouldn't go with Vossens, they look too plain
