KW E63 H.A.S. Coilover + Rear Adjustable Links
 

We are offering the KW Coilover setup for the E63 (W212) in combination with our adjustable lowering links. https://mbworld.org/forums/vendor-gr...rformance.html

We are looking for a customer in the local Tampa Bay area that would be looking to have this kit installed. We are willing to do an introductory price which will include our adjustable rear lowering links. If you are local to the area please PM me.

The two main benefits of our version of the kit are 1) Fully adjustable front and rear ride height as opposed to the set rear ride height of the non-adjustable KW rear links. We noticed the KW rear links sometimes do not get you the ride height you desire. 2) Our links allow for full ride height adjustment with no modifications to the vehicle other than simply replacing the fixed links with our adjustable links. At any point the car can be returned to stock height by swapping in the stock links.

Out of interest: can W212 E63 estate (wagon) have the airmatic replaced with coilovers at the rear?

There is a member on the forum that has a shop that does thes air matic swaps. Do not recall his entire screen name right now, Serge? maybe?

Can someone answer this question for me?
1. When the car is put into the sport plus mode, will the front and rears lower? I would think the fronts stay at the set height and only the rears will lower. Or does the dampening increase and there is no lowering?

2. How much will the rears lower in sport plus mode?

The image shows it's for the CLS 63. Is this the actual unit we will receive? Also what variant will it be?

Our understanding is on this car the sport mode is adjusting the dampening and not the ride height but you can always confirm with MB to be certain. The older models had air suspension front and rear and there were two suspension buttons. One adjusted ride height and the other adjusted the shock stiffness.

Yes, KW does not specifically brand a kit with the E63 labeling and everyone is using the CLS63 kit as it works as you can see from the other threads. The only issue was that the rear link supplied by KW with the CLS63 kit sets the rear a bit too low so our Rear Adjustable Links solve that issue. The kit we offer with our rear links allows for front and rear ride height adjustment so you can dial in the height you want all around.

As for the Variant, Variant 1/2/3 pertain to the shocks you receive from other KW coiolover kits. Since this kit is just a coilover sleeve kit that utilizes the OEM shock the variant types do not even apply.
