Hey Guys

My friend has a W212. The car is without the AMG styling.
Now he wants the complete original AMG styling kit. (front bumper, rear bumper and side)

Does anyone have an idea about what parts he needs? I mean does the front bumper fit or do he also need the front fenders and hood?

And also, are there any diffrence between the original AMG Pack you can buy to your normal w212 vs the e63 is born with?

Its a 2010 model by the way

He is going to buy all the parts directly from Mercedes Benz in Germany.

Yeah, it's going to be a lot of parts that are needed. I wonder if it would be cheaper to just get a used E63.

Yeah don't even bother, it will never be a hand built AMG; going for looks only makes the situation even worse.

Yep, don't bother. Just stick an AMG badge on the back and nobody will know the difference.

I agree with everyone. Besides, the ONLY people that will notice a difference are people that notice its a fake. I would politely suggest to your friend to sell the car and buy an E63 or an E550 if he is just going for a close look without the price or the motor

Why not answer the question the topic is about?

He don't care about the power the E63 has, he only loves how it looks.

And just to your information, the car here in Denmark (E63) cost around 230.000 $ (used) because of our high taxes on vehicles.

in the US, you cannot buy AMG parts without a AMG vin number
The reason is to prevent fake AMG cars on the road.
I doubt you can buy these parts form Mercedes Germany direct.

You can buy original AMG parts from Mercedes Benz without any problems over here

It's easy to get an AMG vin number. Just got to ebay or any used car sites and copy down the vin.
