Impressive automobile. Stunning. How did you option out the automobile? Next week I'm ordering my E63 AMG S wagon and currently own (and love) a 2013 MB CLS 550 4matic.
I'm curious to learn your impressions of the fixed differential (67 rear/33 front). Living in Minneapolis, MN an AMG was off limits til 2014 model.

Thanks, An AMG was out of the question for me as well until 2014 brought the 4matic version. I ordered her the way I wanted and yes, I've had black cars before so I knew what I was getting into. I picked up the car 11 days ago and I believe I've washed her 4 times already.

The fixed diff is impressive and if you know what to feel for it is definitely doing the job its supposed to do. Taking turns at high speed and standing on the throttle and the inside front and rear wheels just pull the car from a power slide to a perfect tracking car. As far as options, I went with options I knew I couldnt live without from previous MB's. The advanced lighting/tracking system, driving assist and lane assist pkg and the pano roof. Everything else was standard I believe.

I ordered her with the titanium wheels but to each his own right!

I need to get a winter setup and these wheels may just be the ones wearing the winters. I really like the brushed chrome accents all over the car so I may just be getting a brushed silver set up for the warmer months, it may just make the whole car POP although it does plenty of POPPING as it is now!

Grats again Mponsig! Seeing real world pictures of the car is the best. I think you touched upon it...no matter how we each spec our E63 or E63S...they're awesome machines! Can't wait for mine.

Great looking car. Love the color and think the Titanium wheels look great. Not as over the top as the black rims and a lot more sporty than the regular wheels.

BTW, I ordered mine. Moving from an E60 M5 to an AMG S - Obsidian Black, Black Interior, with AMG Night Package, and the titanium wheels.

Nick, no this is my first biturbo. the only thing I can compare it too as far as performance and power was my 2007 Saleen PJ S302 N/A small block. That engine was wound tight but with only 350 HP after being chipped/tuned, its like childs play compared to this monster.
