RENNtech 2014 E63 Exhaust/Down Pipes/Suspension

RENNtech has been working on the new E63 4 Matic and we are very excited about this new platform. We have released some parts and have them in stock ready to ship.

Please contact me with any questions or to place an order.

RENNtech Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers for MY 2014+ E 63 Biturbo (W212) $2,960

RENNtech T-304 stainless steel (SS) sport mufflers are hand made and rigorously tested to remove any unwanted resonances in the cabin to deliver a deep sound that keeps with the character of a luxury performance vehicle.
Our mufflers with 2 3/4 inch diameter tubing offer lighter weight than the stock exhaust and improve performance by reducing exhaust back pressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging.

Gains:
  • +15 HP & 20 TQ

RENNtech Adjustable Suspension DLM Kit for E Class

Price-$2350

As an upgraded option we offer our adjustable spring kit in combination with our RENNtech digital suspension lowering module (DLM) in place of the rear adjustable links.
This allows the suspension system to remain balanced as the digital lowering module controls inputs to all four sensors on the vehicle (even though only the rear suspension is adjustable electronically). It also alllows for complete adjsutablility of rear ride height via the lowering module software (included) with no need to manually adjust links on the rear.
We feel that this combination best maintains the suspension system’s functional integrity as it accounts for the suspensions load leveling function, offers improved ride quality over the standard suspension kit with adjustable rear links and allows for complete electronic adjustability of rear vehicle ride height via the included software.

Kit Includes:
  • RENNtech sport lowering springs for front axle
  • RENNtech height adjustable spring perches for front axle
  • RENNtech Digital Suspension Lowering Module (DLM) for rear axle
Kit Specifications:
  • Lowering Range: 20-40mm Front / 45 mm Rear (through DLM interface)
  • Four corner height adjustability of the original suspension kit
  • Easy control of rear ride height via the digital lowering module software
  • Front suspension level is accounted and adjusted for lowered ride height
  • Rear ride height can be adjusted on the fly via DLM software
  • OEM electronic damper control is retained
  • Aggressive, lowered vehicle stance
  • Improved vehicle handling and performance

Down Pipes with Catalytic Bypass
2014+ E 63 Biturbo 4MATIC
Price-$2940

Our performance down pipes replace the restrictive stock exhaust for improved performance, reduced back pressure, greater exhaust gas volume and better sound.
Combined with RENNTECH's ECU software our E 63 down pipes create an incredible sound with performance to match.

Our down pipes mate perfectly with the stock CLS exhaust system and include all necessary mounting hardware and clamps. High-strength 304 stainless steel construction ensures lasting quality and a rich, consistent sound.
  • Note: This product will require a RENNtech ECU upgrade to avoid a CEL
Gains:
  • + 10 HP & 15 LB-FT

Down Pipes with 200 Cell Sport Catalytics
2014+ E 63 Biturbo 4MATIC

in my opinion renntech are way to expensive for their products... 10grand for 60hp isn't quite worth it.
A shop in Australia does custom full exhaust including down pipes, high flow filters custom tune 102whp for about 6k.

The power gains would be the same with either of the tunes but customers go with our standard tune.

So, you get the same output from the catted pipes as the non catted ones? I thought the Non-Catted versions would yield more power? Also, are the HP figures to the wheels or crank?

Thanks

The sport cats we use are very free flowing and do not rob any power. The horse power numbers are at the crank.

Great stuff and always top notch quality as always but your prices require an arm and a leg and a healthy working kidney.
I thought the corvette tax was a lot on my H/C 2008 Z06 but damn 5k for 10 hp ?
I also do understand you are only ones in the game with warranty but man o man almost 10k is insane for a tune and pipes .

Thanks for the feedback. We are working on some things to hopefully lowering pricing for our customers.

That would be great. How's the intake coming for our cars? Also, have there been any updates on the tune for the 2014 cls63 4-matics? I know Lenny told me you guys were working on updates.

I was referring to the M157 engine in general, I remember speaking to Thomas a while back at PBIR and he said the intake was in development for this engine.

Thanks for the prompt responses by the way

The carbon fiber air box is in the works. We have some prototype parts coming in so we can start to mock it up and finish it hopefully soon.
