Motorik Concierge a long time RENNtech dealer on the west coast is doing a full build on a 2014 E63 4Matic. This car is getting everything we have including ECU, Down Pipes, Diff, Trans Up Grade, Suspension and Turbo upgrades. This car is going to be a monster and we can’t wait until it is done. They started with a brand new 2014 E63 with a few hundred miles on it. We will post up more pictures as the build goes on.

That is cool that you got your own E63 for tests. In the Germany Lukas just finished with mine. I will test it officially on dragtimes Moscow Unlim500+ event and earlier i hope in races against Brabus B850 and others. The bottle neck is intake turbo manifold. Hope HF would be able to come up with some tubular alternative ;-).

Our transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter.
Our upgrade leads to improved shift response, shift timing, increased torque handling capabilities and greater drivability under extreme conditions without sacrificing around town comfort.

I am getting exact same "Renntech everything" on mine (and waiting for Renntech to make some other stuff I want) - had 500 miles when I took it in. If it is available from Renntech, I am getting it. A different Renntech dealer on West Coast is doing the work. Interesting though, I see axles - I was told they aren't available for an E63 4matic yet... so I ended up going with Weistec axles (sorry but I didn't want to risk it). I am spending a ton of money on this (incl. $5K Renntech CF airboxes!). However, I am having a very hard time understanding exactly what HP and TQ I wll get. I have asked for "whatever Vasily has, I want - I am happy to be a prototype tester". Right now, I ended up here because I am trying to figure out exactly what turbos I have -seems Renntech has iterated through more than one turbo for the M157. Anyway, it'll be done in a few days after over a month... hope it's worth it - I have another AMG waiting for its mods :-) BTW - Renntech PM me if you want someone to test parts who is willing to help get this thing to 1000+ HP (or how about in the 900s and over 1000tq :-)

toss more money at it, and eventually youll get your HP and tq numbers that have evaded you.

Hi there! I am glad someone is getting the same st. VIP that i've been testing since April. I hope you will like it!!! As of now i see the following paths of getting better tune: 1) intercooler further upgrade - i.e. A/C cooling will only help; 2) new exhaust turbo manifold - there should be a solution how to swap restrictive OEM log-type and get there tubular one or at least test "3-cylinder" manifold where the 4th and 8th cylinders are directed to the exhaust pipe and not to turbos (e.g. Brabus is using such stuff in their 850hp project); 3 get the housing bigger cause OEM even with GTX30xx will restrict the effect.

I'm all in... doing everything I can even their suspension springs and links. Also some other non-RT stuff to the car - some cosmetic, some functional. I had the car a week, this will be week 6 in the shop... I'll get it back this week. Been a LOOOOOOOOOONG 6 weeks, but there were a couple issues out of their control so would have been 3-4 weeks. Good shop so far.

I'm not sure I'm getting st.VIP - I've just told the shop I'm using I want everything Vasily has and am fine with prototypes - the shop said I am getting some things that are prototypes and a couple items that I will be the first.... I honestly don't know if true or not though I have no reason to doubt them. I should probably talk to Renntech I'm just so busy it's hard to find time during business hours.

Those 3 recommendations you mention, does RT do any of them?

Yes i am :-). As for those 3 recommendations as far as o know they are just considering them. I know they were moving to another location both in the US and in German sub. (where my car was upgraded), hence were busy with admin. stuff. I am targeting 900+ now and waiting for RT feedback on that. Let's see what solution HF himself will propose. Will keep you in the loop.

Amazing. Cannot wait to see dyno results and time slips from this monster. Probably getting Renntech tune only (and maybe downpipe) (daily driver for one car household) for my 2015 E63 S when it arrives but happy to live vicariously through others.
