CCB for E was $8,950 for 2014
CCB for S is $8,950 for 2015
So S now gets cheaper option to upgrade brakes than E?

2019 E63 S
I cannot believe that MB would charge $12,650 for the carbon ceramic brakes in the E 63. Sounds like a mistake. If that is indeed the price, the take rate for them will be tiny.

If the package costs $12K in the SL and SLS, then why is anyone surprised at the new cost on the E?
For the new S class, there could be design advancements which offer cost savings. Maybe less material, easier production, who knows? Maybe they just want to boost the installed base in that platform....

Just placed my order for a 15 Wagon today- dealer got the production slots.
I think the illuminated door sills being an option on the S is a typo because we could not find any place to add it to my order [suggesting that it's still standard].

My dealer said the same about the leather - said his system appears to show the black leather with contrast stitch as still standard.
However he is looking into the carbon ceramic price.

Let me know what you find out about the price of the CCB. We don't really know much about pricing until we get closer to production so we're just holding tight on my end.

Just talked to William Vetter over at AMG Private Lounge- AMG and Black Series product manager.
He assured me that the E Class DOG that was released is nowhere near finalized and many things will be corrected. MY15 E is a 99% carryover including pricing.
Nappa is still standard.
The price of the brakes will be the old $8,950!
Still waiting to hear on the wheel situation.

I haven't heard anything from my sales rep yet.
Ucla, can you PM me your email? I am on vacation and only have my phone. If the sales rep were to email me the guide I cannot upload it. So if I get it, I'll forward it to you and can you upload it to this thread for me?
Thanks!

I pulled the USA DOG from the Private Lounge but will withhold from posting here until it's released to dealers. The things of note are:
-E63 Sedan MSRP $93,600
-E63S Sedan MSRP $100,600
-E63S Wagon MSRP $103,200
-All MY15 E63 will get 2 AMG key crests (instead of the previous 1)
-Night Styling will get gloss black window surrounds (Wagon will also get gloss black roof rails)
-Black Nappa Leather with contrast stitching and silver seat belts will have a no cost option to delete the silver seat belts in favor of black ones
-Ash Gray interior renamed to Crystal Gray
-Crystal Gray interior gets choice of black dinamica headliner or crystal gray dinamica headliner
-Silk Beige interior gets a choice of black dinamica headliner or silk beige dinamica headliner
-Heated Rear Seats now optional for sedan (they ran into some sort of an issue at the wire last year that made it impossible to order heated rear seats on the sedan AMG while the wagon and non AMG sedans had that as an available option)
-Standard power folding mirrors (not reflected in this v1.0 version of the DOG but it was reflected in the standard E-Class DOG and confirmed numerous times by the private lounge and it's a feature listed on the dealer's computer when ordering the car)
All option prices remain the same from 2014- this includes the carbon ceramic brakes! Wheel options also remain the same despite what was reported by the DOG earlier. All exterior colors, interior colors, and trim remain the same as 2014. The only change is that Diamond White and Cardinal Red are now branded as "designo" colors.
Sedans now lose the net in the trunk. All models lose the ability to lower the rear headrests from the front control panel.
The Wagon's price increased by $810. One way to look at it is that the power folding mirrors were added for this price at the cost of lowering the headrests.

It's not in the AMG specific guide but look at the regular E guide as well as all other guides for other MB lines. MB rebranded those colors as designo across the board but kept the old pricing.

839 Acoustic Laminated Glass will now be a Special Order item for the E63 with a cost of around $300 + one time $250 special order fee. This should be updated in the dealer's ordering soonish.

It was actually available on the last gen E AMG for both the driver and passenger including the dynamic and massage function in the USA (along with STANDARD 4 zone climate control). We not no longer get any option for (now 3 zone) rear climate controls and only have the damn driver side multicontour. It partially has to do with the US market customers being really dumb and the fact that we're very dollar driven. Cars in the US are cheaper than elsewhere so the reason AMG gave was that most of the customers didn't even know the car had multi zone climate and the multicontour seat was a low take option on the last gen. So the wonderful people at MBUSA decided to cut those features out of the car or us to save money to the customer. What those idiots decided NOT to do was to offer it as an option for those few customers that would like to pay extra money for said options. Shame shame shame shame on MBUSA for not allowing us to spend more money with them. What drives me nuts is that Canada gets 3 zone standard.
