2011 E63
Every time I take off my coffee wants to fly into the back seat. The cup holder in my car is basically a rectangle for 2 cups with a sliding cover. There is nothing holding the front cup from falling backward into the rear cup. The door just slides and it is no use either.
It looks like there is a notch for a divider so maybe I am just missing a piece?

Don't know for sure but in the interim I would put the coffee in the rear recepticle.

Thanks! I did the same search on another site and found a similar picture. My car is missing that divider between the cups.

How did they forget to put in the pieces?! Or does that mean those divider pieces are removable and will just slide out? I guess I will give them a yank because I sure can use the extra storage space there.

They are easily removable with a squeeze ...but it sounds like otakki should just send theirs to tpick23
