Can't get a wave?
Been driving by a lot of E63s lately and get no waves back. I even drive slower and try and make eye contact like a wierdo and nothing!
The E46 M3 and C63 guys spread the love... but maybe this car doesn't have the passionate owners those cars do?

On a similar note, I stopped at a light yesterday beside a BMW 1M, which I always tought was a great piece of car. I rolled down my window to give a "thumbs up" to the guy. He looks at me with despise and leaves the light real fast. I didn't even give him a chance to look at the back of my car... what a douche!

I'm not sure exactly what it is but I get remarkably little grief on the road in the E63. Few people cut me off, no one tries to out accelerate me from a light, people let me in when merging etc. I wonder if it's the 'big benz' thing, just the look of the car or something because not everyone is going to know what it really is.

Try a de-badged E63 wagon with tinted exhaust tips.
Most people are probably surprised the driver of my car is male (the 1/2 time my wife isnt driving).
That said, if the Corvette crowd can be as diplomatic and wave-happy as they are, I sure would hope E63 drivers could be.
Maybe "sophisticated" is the enemy?

But I notice a difference even from our ML350... the soccer mom SUV gets cut off all the time and has to earn its space on the road.. Not so in the E it seems!
