Wife and I have owned a mercedes SUV of various vintages and types over the last 15 years. The dealership here in Fort Wayne IN is stellar. When I decided to buy a new replacement for the 911TT that seated 4 their service was a BIG reason in my final decision. They are the epitome of the MB brand.

Individual consumer experience flavors your perception of brand satisfaction ... But overall stats like these (if truly objective) are compelling.
I totally agree with the above ... If you are lucky to have a dealership that goes to bat for you, it can make you appreciate the brand much more as was the case with me and my two lemon Benz 550s

And dodge... People are already raving about this hellcat like it's the second coming of Christ and it's manufacturer is on the list of least satisfied customers.
