I also find it hard to believe it has every option. I hear the term a lot but when pics are shown it's missing something here and there. I will be the first to eat crow/humble pie if OP proves us wrong though.

$106k MSRP is what I call the base price. I guess you didn't get any discount off MSRP on your deal?
When looking for a new car I almost pulled the trigger on an E63S (200miles) with a MSRP of $120k+ (every single options but the CCB) and was able to negotiate a lease deal of $1200 (incl tax) a month for 3y/10k miles with only $2k at signing. I passed on it as dealer was marking up the acquisition fees, color was not my first choice and I was in no hurry to buy a car.

I actually got a purchase price of 9% off MSRP.
I call bull**** on the above deal you are quoting.(unless it was a 2013 model after the '14 came out)
No I'm talking about a 2014 E63S with 251 miles at the time (Sept).
Car is/was located in Florida. Funny thing is I think it is still for sale but by a different dealership for almost the price of new
$1245 and then I am kicking in $5000 so it brings down the payment to $1045
I would never make a cap cost reduction on the lease. If your car is totaled or stolen/lost during the lease you lose that money. Much better to make up to 10 multiple security deposits. Each one lowers the money factor by .0007 for a total MF reduction of .0070 if you do all 10. Leads to a significant reduction in the monthly payment and they are fully refundable at lease termination and if your car is lost/stolen/totaled during the term of the lease.
MSDs are legal in most states but not in New York where I am from.
