Putting the dealer BS detector out there. Is it true that AMG vehicles are not eligible for the Euro delivery discount of 7% off MSRP?

Total bs. You get the car at invoice and "Destination & Delivery" is waived. I was "sold" all kinds of bs regarding AMG's and Euro Delivery as well. Go to another dealer (if possible).

MY2015 (and 2014) E63 Sedan and Wagon European Delivery discount is 5%. CLA45 is 5%, I think C63 Coupe is 7%, S Coupe AMG, S Sedan AMG, and SL AMG are not eligible or the Euro Delivery discount.

I just took Euro Delivery of my 15 E63 Wagon and got the 5% discount. If the dealer says anything else they're misinforming you. You can also negotiate a discount on top of the Euro discount.

$925 delivery fee is also waived with Euro Delivery.

The E63 has a 5 percent ED discount. Plus the $925 destination charge is waived. They also transport you for free from airport to hotel and from hotel to the factory for pickup.

If you reach an ED friendly dealer such as MB of Escondido or MB of Delray Beach you can get as much as 7.5-8 percent off MSRP. That being said you can get a cheaper deal on a U.S. delivery. You can easily get 8.5 percent off an ordered 2015 E63 and than combine it with a fleet discount which for United Airlines Premier Elite flyers, AMA or ABA members for example is another $3500 off. Note that fleet discount CANNOT Be combined with US discount which is why US delivery with good discount plua fleet discount is a cheaper deal than ED.

Through a good deal on US delivery plus fleet I paid $95k on a custom ordered 2015 E63 S with $108k MSRP.

The discounts available on BMW ED are considerably more than for MB.

It is all posted on the MBUSA site under European Delivery. It is 5% plus waiver of destination charges which around 1k.
