Yet another diffuser thread. Installed my new Euroteck diffuser.
Hey guys. I recently bought a set of h&r springs with links that I installed, but never got around to installing the diffuser. Well, I finally did it. It was a pretty easy install. About an hr to install. I want to say it fits like a glove. I am really happy how it turned out. The guy who I bought it from said it was one of the first diffusers that euroteck made for the w212 e63. Here are some pictures.

Congrats man. I really think it's the nicest diffuser for the car. Really suits the flat-edged nature of the car and just works well. Fits well too by the looks of it! I need to take pics of my Boca for comparison at some point.

This is true ^^^ The Vorsteiner is nice and a bit more subtle.
One I really don't like and I hope I don't get flamed for...is the Renntech one.

Hey Nickovic1,
There has been some debate as to wether or not removing rear bumper cover is required. Did your eurotek diffuser require this?
Would it be possible for you to post a step by step on installation?
I think your diffuser looks awesome man! Considering one for my Obsidian Black 2011.
How much did it cost if you dont mind me asking?
Thanks man!

some where in past post i have my install on the euroteck,
its basically starting from one side and pushing in the clips, with a good amount of pressure to get the other side in , its a very rigid spoiler as its real CF, then use 2 screws underneath to secure...
nick may have done it differently, dunno

So, There was a bunch of rocks and dirt stuck in between the OEM diffuser and bumper. I took maybe 10 min just cleaning the bumper off with air and a random cleaning solution I found.
Next, I wasn't sure how well this was going to go. So I got some super sticky 3m, which I believe is like trim adhesive double sided sticky stuff. Now that the bumper was clean I just applied that pretty much along where I thought the new carbon diffuser would lay. ( like in between the clip holes) I think I went a little much, but better safe than sorry. I wanted it to stick on good.
Lastly. Now lets put it on. I actually kinda tried a few different ways. Best way was start from the middle of the bumper and kinda angle the diffuser down ( so the top clips got further from the bumper) so the 4 big clips pop in first, ( now each fitment diffuser may vary HAHA!) then I just went to each side and pushed them in. ( which was kinda hard because the diffuser isn't much flexible) doesn't matter which side first. On one side I put a screw and on the other side my tab was broken, so I had to use some adhesive and put just a little quick dry silicon to make sure it held well.
And thats it! Hopefully that helps guys. Its been on for over a week now and looks there same.

what did the three competent shops do specifically when the bumper was off
did u buy a used diffuser, what may have happened was that some of the clip tabs may have broken off when the diffuser came off one bumper
i have the instructions given from euroteck which makes no mention of taking the bumper off, and i spoke with the designer of the diff who is on the forum about it...
crap....im starting to sound like davidkuo....lol
either way, it is a great diffuser, maybe ill just get mine repaired and put it back on...yes, around the corners its not perfect, but oh well
whose car is in that pic in your post...need more pics of that

I honestly think they had a batch problem. Cause I know of 2 other local cars that had the same issues.
The grey car? That's mine.

This is the only pic I have on my ipad. Before the black badges went back on, and I also got carbon ceramics since

These are the modified lights (painted inside)
I traded me red calipers and rotors for these + $4k in cash
Rims are Stance SC1 in brushed tinted finish
20x8.5 +32 and 20x10 +40
I'll finally post some pics of the car in a new thread soon... Just waiting for my front lip to show up
