2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
I don't care for the lines of this car, it reminds me of a Chrysler 300. Also not a fan of those round vents either, I like the dash setup better in the current car. It's starting to look like more and more that my 2012 is going to be a long term keeper

its all personal preference, but Im struggling to take the guys who say "I don't like the new S-class" looking interior. " I prefer the Circa 2010 interior of my E class better." Seems a bit like a sour grape. Lets face it, our E-classes do NOT have the best interiors of all luxury rigs by a long shot. The S-class continues to win awards and the new E-class seems to follow many of its design cues inside. I do agree that the C/S/and new E look too similar from an exterior standpoint, but the interior of the new E is no slouch. Its like dating a fat chick and turning down the bikini model.

I don't like the fact that they've ditched the quad-lights at the front and also have what looks like the horrid curvy rear light clusters from the new C class. W211 facelift and W212 pre-facelift were the pinnacle of modern-ish E Class styling IMO.
And yeah...if it's an AMG, then why not give us some wider bulging rear arches like an RS4.

I'm not a fan of the interior (altough based on only one picture)... and I'm not particularly in love with the actual interior. MB is loosing to Audi in that respect... I sure hope the speedo and tach meters are temporary fit for the mules because they look like they came of a 1982 dodge aries...
Exterior, well it's the new corporate look taking over... With larger wheel arches it could look classy/agressive...

Although I like the whole, I do find certain parts awkward, particularly in the wheel arches/fenders.
Nice wide flare in the front with curves, and quite aggressive but almost no flare and close to slab sided in the back looks unbalanced to my eye. Ditto the exposed front wheels and partially covered rear wheels with the unbalanced wheel arches. It looks like the vehicle is rearing back. Although that is what can occur with suspension compression on hard acceleration, since the muscle car era, we have been accustomed to the opposite, where the visual stance is lower front and raised rear.
Mercedes spent a but ton on the 2014 facelift of the E. Prefacelift Es look dated or "classic", (take your pick), in comparison. With the 213 styling I have been seeing in spy shots, I think the post facelift models will not look markedly outdated on the exterior when the 213s debut.
Just IMO

Next M5 is going to have the AWD in addition to the DCT it already has. The E63 is gonna need to have some extra oomph to keep up with it.
