What's the Blue "P" symbol mean?

I've had this 2014 E63 for three months now and still can't find out what the Blue "P" square thingy dash symbol means.

Anyone?

Also, do these cars have a way to adjust ride height like my old E55? The owners manual shows a button to the right of the shifter that my car doesn't have. I think the ride height is too high and would like it a bit lower. Especially in the back.

not to be an a$$, but you have to read the manual. You are missing on so many features is not even funny.

The P is for Parktronic or parking assistance, in which the car spots a parking space and park the car for you. You have to read the manual to show you how it works. Youtube also has some demonstrations.

I'll read the manual for him

+1. Peter is the lead engineer for Mercedes and AMG and that is why he knows so much. As for being so helpful, it's a personality thing.

Pete,

Did you change careers? LMAO !!!!!

David,

You might have mixed him up with someone else. Actually I am a lead engineer for an unnamed company. Peter is not. Although his profession is VERY respectible.

Just Sayin.

So, the simple answer is NO. There is no ride height adjustment as there was in my 55 despite the owners manual showing one to the right of the shifter.

Jeez, that was easy. Sarc

Yes, this is correct if your car is not E63S 4Matic as page 208 in the manual stead already.

Happy motoring :zoom:
