M157 Engine Oil

M157 Engine Oil
Took my car in for an Oil change and they used SAE 5w-40 MB-Approval 229.5
item number: A 000 989 83 01 USB6

How many M157 engine owners are using the same and how well does this oil work with our engines?

I was looking into this as well - I think my local dealer recommended 0W40.

I have been using the 5W40 as well. No problems, but I have only had 2 oil changes.
