Vivid Racing and Vorsteiner are getting it handled, but I'll let you guys speculate on what it takes to cause this !!!

My previous HREs were foam packed on all sides, rim protectors, face protection etc. An HRE box is how this is being sent back actually.

With the ways packages are thrown and abused during transit, it wouldn't be a surprise if that's how they pack wheels. You better take your other seemingly intact wheels to an x-ray machine to check for micro fractures.

This is definitely not Vorsteiners fault.
Looks like this wheel was on display somewhere and got repackaged.
And was this UPS or FedEx?
