Got shipping confirmation today for my Mode Carbon diffuser so... Yay! Parts!

I also may have one other item up my sleeve for you guys. It will take some time getting sorted though. Still don't have it but if all goes to plan should be done with that in a month? ish?

Did you replace resonators with X or H? I am going to ask my shop to do H

Mine are straight. But, I think I may go in and add an H. The car is pretty loud, but also tame when it needs to be, which I like. However, after some thinking I have a very, very, slight hesitation down low sometimes. Not often, and it may just be me over thinking it, but I feel like adding in an H to equalize the exhaust can get rid of this, if it is even there?

Will update on that. Should be easy though... Just have to have an exhaust shop cut two holes in the current straight pipes and weld in a connector.

As for the "secret" ... Again, I don't have it yet and getting it is kind of a headache. But I'll play along... Think w213.

^ "think w213" is probably saying he is getting cutouts so he can have a valve to open and close to make it louder with touch of a button

This week is chaos for me. I hope once I wrap up this semester to get a couple days of me time and follow it with some updates here. One of those updates will be an exhaust clip.

Does anyone know of no BS hubcentric spacers that wont cause vibrations? I hate hitting 85mph and then wobble wobble wobble. Driving me nuts. I've got H&R's.

If I cant find a solution I may have to get wheels with the right offsets but honestly the OEM wheel looks better than basically every aftermarket option out there.

Did you replace with 5mm. Maybe ECS spacers

Interesting... Just ordered the KW H.A.S. today and planned on installing 10mm rear & 5mm front. Keeping the original 19" wheels. Maybe no spacers??

Sinks in too much for my taste, especially lowered, without spacers.

Agree.. just don't want a wobble. Are the backs H&R or ECS? Maybe a badly torqued bolt or a missing weight. I've been watching your build which has gotten me inspired. LOL
Cars going in the shop in three weeks, satin black wrap, stock wheels being powder coated
gloss black, lowered, emblems blacked out, even a RW Carbon trunk spoiler. Not to mention a custom tune

I have a Mode Carbon one as well which I decided to go with. Basically, I couldn't decide, so I bought both and went from there.

So now I have 1 brand new RW Carbon Diffuser. I only opened it to make sure there was no damage during shipping, which there was not. All the wrap/protective stuff is still around it in the box ready to go. Just need $ and an address PM me if you'd like.

So, I got it. One off hood. Needs to go off to paint now and I'm not entirely sure how quick this turn around will be. The nostrils will remain CF and the rest will be white. I know the w213 hint was a stretch, but this hood also adds in the ridges.




Then we have the mode carbon diffuser and RW carbon roof spoiler to put on. Only thing after that could be a set of wheels then it is time to keep it clean, maintained, and enjoy the thing!

That looks great. Like to see it all finished. Is the exposed carbon hood out of style?

Not for everyone. But it just doesn't align with my taste. I think when it is all painted up with the nostrils as CF it'll be a good look. The trick will be getting it a close match to the paint that is on there.
