Did you permanently ground the controller? That's a good idea. Does car work in that config? I would think ECU would be in bootloader mode and not let it run

It only goes in to bootmode when you give it a signal through the wire i have attached to a free pin. It would take too long to take appart the ecu each time
Post the numbers on the ecu and you'll get more people that may buy it ... they have to match up to the potential buyers ecu numbers

Hi Pete, the ECU was sold a long time ago. The wheels r20 9j front and r20 10j rear. The company that makes them is Motion Wheels.
I also programmed the ecu for the popcorn effect after 4000rpm. You get this stock with the new models of AMG. I will try to upload some videos of the work we have done on the cars in my area.

The post was made 18 months ago. There was no such thing 18 months ago. Its not that hard to take out the ecu for a remap, i don't feel like paying someone for each remap. Just read the hassle you have to go through to make it work sending logs back and forth https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...ng-proceedures

Wolves creed, how do you like Alpha heat exchangers? Are they worth it? Do you see a significant drop in temperature when driving hard or faster cool-down periods?

I thought you where tuning your self, once the ECU is unlocked with HP tuner and you buy credits once that's all you need to flash via obd2. Is a very good too for logging too but yes you are right is easy to pull out ecu on our cars.
