They mentioned a 2nd deposit at signing, I chalked it up to dealer BS but I guess they weren't lying.
good luck on your unicorn hunt!

Thanks. It wasn't BS. I was the second deposit. Found another and very similar to the one you purchased. I forgot the specs on yours but this has a decent amount of options and was in very good shape.

They have solid relationship with the dealership I use and they operate in a similar fashion to DINAN. In addition their output numbers aren't bad at all.

Been lurking trying to get info on the '14-16 e63 wagons. What are these selling for lately? Is anyone willing to share? Low to mid 70s seems like a reasonable price from what I can tell. Thanks for the help! I'm hoping to scoop one soon.

I bought a 2014 wagon in late March for 77k. All wagons are S-model.
17k miles, CPO, diamond white, pano, 360 camera, night package, 10-spoke matte black wheels, carbon fiber interior trim, lane tracking, driver assistance package, parking assist.
So... fairly loaded non-designo. I've seen some non-cpo 2014 wagons with higher miles in the low 70s but they were not local to me. If I can inspect myself I'd be ok with a non-cpo but flying halfway across the country I wanted a CPO.
Google for the dealer ordering guide for the year you are looking for to get a feel for options. If the 360 camera isn't valuable to you there's no reason to pay for it however on the secondary market the options depreciate massively so not too big of a deal.
Maybe Iconoclast and I are odd birds but we collided on this car and the only reason I ended up with it is that I probably contacted the dealer ~4 hours ahead of him and immediately agreed to a $2k reduction from their listed price.

Seems RennTech has a good name with dealers, my local MB service advisor has spoken about them a few times. I have a good relationship with the dealer and so far they are pretty supportive of working on it with the tune. I was told they had done a bit of warranty work for another customer with a tune on his AMG 'GT' no problems.
I still am looking into a 2 ecu option anyway as I have a second ECU sitting at my desk already.
