Try AMS. Their cat back is priced significantly cheaper than most others. Most others use that valve control whereas AMS doesn't. Better off getting downpipes if you want best bang for your buck. Are you more concerned with power or sound?

How about just dropping in some electric cutouts to your stock system? I think they even make boost activated ones now. So when you cruise its no different but when you go WOT you get some level of gains.

I did the QTP Lo-Pro's on my wife's daily. They were on for months before she knew accidentally left them open one day I had her car & picked her up from work...

They were huge when I was into the fbody thing, still am, just not as much fun. Every car I bought (except my E550) I have owned has had them.

Speaking of - I see your 96 SS - you go by the same handle on the Impala boards? I do and yours looks familiar.

I do like the idea of AMS with the full exhaust , the only thing I don't like is the mufflers seem visible from the rear they sit below the rear diffuser, In the AMS video you can see it , The Renntech mufflers are small and hidden

If you look on RADO website they sell downpipies and that's alll you need , they actually say the AMG mufflers are fine for extra power.
