Any suspension experts? Need help with links please.
I had my 14 E63 lowered with H&R springs and lowering links in the back the passenger side sat about 3/4 of an inch lower I asked the shop if they could fix it and he said they couldn't and that was just the way the car sits, he has an CLS63 and claimed he has the same issue on his car.
I decided to try adjusting the links myself because it was driving me crazy I noticed they did not install the small grommets with the links would this cause any issues?
The link on the passenger side was adjusted as small as it would go the drivers side was a little less than halfway. Should they both be the same length?
I've made a couple adjustments and so far the closest I could get was 1/2 inch lower on passenger side I went to shorten the drivers side link and it raised that side.
This is driving me nuts can anyone help?
Please.

I have mine lowered with links + H&R and both sides are even; however air suspension is unpredictable and some times will look slightly low on one side.
Yes, links need to be the same size (length) on both sides.
If you located in Cali I can recommend a reputable shop.

Thanks man I figured this wasn't "normal" thanks for confirming. I'm in Florida if I can't get it right i'll take it out to Renntech. I had it within a 1/4 inch the impact wrench I borrowed died took the car out a little later when I got back I measured it and back to almost 3/4 inch off, ugh!

Ideally, you want to do this adjustment on a 4-post lift. I turned the adjustment all the way in and turned them each out the exact amount. It came out perfectly even but it will only be even when sitting on level ground as the air suspension is constantly adjusting.

Tell me how it rides when your done. I have Weistec springs and lowering links on my E63 wagon and it rides terrible. I had the rear adjusted to look level with the front when on sport and it just voices in the back. Seems like it's bottomed out

Hey medici78 I have a question about something you said. My car was good for about 2 days then went back to being higher on the driver side again. My garage floor angles up from level to 5 inches where it levels out where the step at the back of the garage is so when it is in the garage it is not on level ground. Could this be causing the issue? And would it take some time to reset and get the rear sides back to even? Sometimes it's level, rarely, but thinking it might be because the car was out of the garage for a while.

Just a thought for you guys on both sides being even. Sometimes the arm that the link hooks to will be bent out from someone trying to take the old links out. This causes the length to change. Something to look at as well

I can't help but comment on this one and hope I save someone the $1000+ the actual ELMs cost. The level arms on the sensors that the links attach to sometimes get swapped around. It is VERY important to pay attention to which way the arm is facing (take a picture) of both stock links. Because they can get swapped the other way. I had to take my old w215 CL55 to a MB specialist and they showed me the sensor readings with Star itself. If you are having problems with one side in the rear, rotate the arm exactly 180* in the opposite direction and this may help.
