2016 E63 AMG S Wagon - Auto-X Lap at Qualcomm
 

If anyone is interested here is a video clip of a lap of last Saturday's auto-x at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. This is on the very large West Lot, I got into 3rd gear twice.

Forgive me missing my apexes. Still adjusting to a car with lot's of power and weight relative to tire size.


This is hands down the best car my wife and I have owned. We love it.

Good stuff? I used to auto-x there with the BMW club years ago. Who was hosting the event?

The BMW Club as it turns out. I used to auto-x there as well in the early to mid 2000's in my E30 M3. I managed a few top-time-of-day (TTD) trophies back then, but I am a bit rusty. :)

I bet I am too. When's the next event? Might have to get back in the swing of things.

April 29th, SE Lot. They mentioned it should also be a fun, fast course.

Almost. There was a BMW e46 325i as well (one of which I used to own back in 2001).
