Hi all, looking at a 2011 E63 about 8hrs away, and according to the Vin Decoder it has the B07 option. Having never seen the Ceramic Brake option in person, more familiar with the W211 and R230 chassis, and limited photographs online...I don't think the ceramics rotors were slotted but here is the picture of the front rotor. Thanks for any assistance!

Page attached from 2012 Brochure, and are probably the same as 2011. Carbon brakes have gold calipers and state they are carbon.
Well, for anyone in the future looking....the 2011 E63 ceramic brake option is Gold as well. Here's an ad from one of the dealers that sold it, according to the carfax, that show's it with gold calipers. So it appears that someone has downgraded the ceramics on this unit.

The CCB has gold calibers and "Carbon Ceramic" written on the caliber. The rotor has marble texture look.
