turbo upgrade m157 ?
someone run turbo upgrade for more than 10 000 mile ? i dont see any number on the net or youtube so i want to know if someone run turbo upgrade without problem in the world !!! and he have turbo upgrade since 2-3-4 years

I put the first turbo upgrade he broke after 50 km i have sent the broke turbo to my turbo shop for rebuilt ... after it i make some dyno its ok and i chek the turbo after it and the turbo have not rebuilt have big shaftplay so i rebuilt this one too ... and now i dont push the car since That im thinking its maybe bad machine shop built the turbo first time (if is not broke again with my machine shop rebuilt ) and maybe the turbo are not good when you boost too much so i dont know if i going to drop the boost by 3-4 psi before to push the car again ...

I dont know a lot of people with turbo and all i know have turbo failure ... its my last rebuilt now my 2 turbo are rebuilt by my machine shop if one broke i put oem turbo

I bet you probably put in half of car value into turbo upgrades.

^ i think he is saying 52+40 = 92 and then he was saying of the 40, 20 of it was turbo upgrade and then another 20 in repair/ rebuilding from the original turbo upgrade
otherwise i dont see how it could be 20+40 for turbo and repairs

20 of turbo upgrade(cold side only) with rebuilt 2 time shipping and pull out the motor 3 time ... another 20 in reparation ams cooling kit and ams clutch downpipe i put 30000 to have 100whp more i think

We strapped it to the dyno right before the dyno got sold (new one on its way). We just wanted to check the base tune (AFRs,boost,etc..)...Will send data to Kevin and will get a revised tune. Will do that a few times..Will only get dyno numbers but no 1/4 track time since that is not what this car was built for.
Since the dyno we have been using got sold, I want to run it again with the base tune on either the new dyno coming in or my other buddies dyno. And which ever we use will be the primary dyno for the rest of the revisions and final dyno number. Keep the playing field and data consistent.
But it's looking like I will be putting the car up for sale not too long after we get it all wrapped up. The CLS63 became the wifes daily, so this build was for her. She doesnt like how the trans feels now, she says its more like the GTR which she hates that car. hahaha. So going to pick up the new S63 coming out...

price in cad 10 000$ turbo upgrade 1000$ in custom fee and shipping ...2x1500 for rebuilt the turbo ...3x2000 labor to pull out the engine and remove the turbo 10+1+3+6=20000$ ams clutch boost cooling kit is 7000 cad +downpipe 2500+2500 tune + watermeth kit 2500 with labor + bov set up + lot of little think i also paid for air suspention i cannnot pass on warranty because the turbo is blow and the motor is out for 8 month last year because i waiting for the turbo + labor is approx 20 000$ too so 40 000 in total

Software 3k
TCU 1k or so
transmission 5k
turbos 7k
down pipe 5k
labor + hardware 4000k
not counting spark plugs , oils , filters . another 500–600
turbos went bad , motor out
new cores 3K shipping etc $500 ? don't remember .
2–3 month waiting time ?
new upgraded turbos , labor , hardware 5k
money for upgrade got back .
250 miles and they bad again .
Cores 3000k , labor hardware 5k , back to stock lol car for sale .
$39000 and 0 gain in power , 9 month down time .
