Random "Airmatic Malfunction" sign
Good afternoon guys, I have a 2014 E63 with very low miles (8K) and like a week ago I started to get the malfunction sign, sometimes it appears when I start the car and sometimes it doesn't, so I researched a little bit and the rear height seems to be on spot and I can hear the compressor running at times.. What I don't hear anymore that the system once did repeatedly was that random "hissing" you all know about. Any suggestions to what I should be looking for?
Thanks
Thanks

Had same thing ... you need to take it in and likely there is a leak somewhere and it will be fixed under warranty so long as you still have the bumper-to-bumper which you should

This airmatic thing is what will prevent this otherwise reliable car from becoming totally dependable. Why can't MB just go with MagneRide?! Anyone planning to keep this car long term after the warranty is up better consider getting a set of ?Arnott Spring put in when that airmatic goes out.

Do they just work normally on stock struts?
The new w213 has this problem for both front and rear, double trouble.

This is how the error message is triggered - The time taken to fill / achieve desired pressure the center reservoir exceeds the preset threshold. This may be due to a failing pump, valve block, leak etc

Yes, double trouble for the W213.

Would hate losing both options like airmatic offers, but i guess replacing it with OEM is the price you need to pay to keep that.
