Anything I should be aware of? Mine is obviously 7 years old, but only has 40k miles. Any advice would be appreciated.
Tires? Alignment? Brakes? Mods?
Mine has almost every option.
I'd just like some general guidelines and best practices.

congrats, 137k on my 2010 and i love it every time i drive it. I run pilot super sport tires. Alignment, i highly recommend using the dealer, everyone else has done mine incorrectly. Brakes, mine were done by prev owner at 85k~, so i haven't had to touch them yet. Mods, well performance wise you're limited to headers/ tune/ ROW airboxes (rest of world, the american airboxes are slightly more restrictive), and other than that, there are supercharger options out there. Main issues ive had, are eating up tires, i had a voltage regulator go bad, my glove box dampner lost the pin that held it to the glove box, ive had a headlight bulb go bad, and that's all i can think of off the top of my head

Check the VIN on your car and make sure it is not one that has the engine head bolt problem.

I thought everything pre- 2011 fell into that range of affected cars?

Correct, and some early 2011's are also affected. Well, it's too late now unless you bought it from CarMax and is still within that window where you can return the car.
