New to MB World - need advice about vendor
Hi all,
I run a tuning shop in Sweden and I need some advice. WeŽve ordered some parts from Speedriven around 3 months ago. At the beginning of May, most of the parts were ready and the rest should be ready shortly. All parts were prepaid to start production.
IŽve had a very difficult time to get in touch with both Marcin and Simba through e-mail. IŽve gotten a few replies after payment was done, but not at all to a satisfactory level. I called them again last week and told them that they need to either ship the parts out or return the payment.
I have no problem contacting a lawyer to get this solved. I donŽt care if I make a loss on this, when it comes to spending money for the lawyer. However, IŽd of course prefer to get the parts and not have to take legal action.
My question is if anyone else have had any problems with Speedriven? Any input appreciated.
