How long have you owned the car? Did it ever pass inspection? You actually have 3 codes unless you wrote one of the codes down wrong, you have p2196 listed twice.

If you just had one code either the P2196 or P2198, I would think that maybe the two upstream ones are bad. But with two bad ones at the same time, more likely that it's one of the other causes listed. That P0041 is also a strange one, doesn't really come up often, either someone played with the wiring before and swapped the harness or one of the rare possibilities is a bad PCM. I suspect you have something else besides bad O2 sensors, wiring fault, air leak, or something else. You should take it to an MB dealer and ask for a master tech to properly diagnose your problem before you end up cooking the cats.
