SOS inoperative?

But now i am getting a SOS inoperative warning on my dash... Doesnt seem to be going away and i cant clear it with my OBD tool.
Anyone have any info or experience on this?

Just to close this out... Dealer performed a deactivate of the teleaid control unit and removed it from the system, per the work order sheet, per my request since i dont use teleaid anyways.
