New to MB! Tune and track time questions

I am considering purchasing a 2013 E63 with P30 package. I am looking at adding a Kleeman tune and diff as this one does not have the limited slip diff. Who has experience with them and what should I expect for 1/4 miles times? Dyno numbers are too easily manipulated but I'll listed if people have those too. Keep in mind that I am in Denver and race at Bandimere which usually is over 7000DA. I also want to do some racing at High Plains road course.

I wouldn’t spend money on a diff, net performance gain is zero if you’re interested in numbers. I’d say to expect low 11s but at your track, mid 11s is more likely.

You don't think a limited slip is going to help off the line? Traction to get that 60ft down seems huge to me, every .1 on 60 ft is worth .2 to .3 on 1/4 time.

Absolutely not. Lost traction isn’t what’s holding these cars back at launch, it’s the tq limiters in the TCU. A set of drag radials will yield measurable gains in 60ft times, an LSD won’t...and drag radials are a fraction of the cost.

Makes sense. Who makes drag wheels for these cars? Hahaha

I went through all of this already. There are a few 17” wheels that work with very little modification to OEM brake pads. If you don’t want to do that then 18s are the next best option.

Welcome and you are in good hands and most of us have been down this path a l;ot. Wow, 7000 DA is a handicap.
