EBC RED Stock rotors
About 2k since swapping out. EBC RED with resurface stock rotors..
Alot less dust firmer braking do have to warm them up I drag them for a few seconds.
Front rotors and pads and wheels clean about 3.5 hrs including pulling rear wheels off to clean.
rear pads will be done before winter and fluid flush.

I bought my front/rear rotors from FCP euro and am looking forward to testing their lifetime warranty/return policy when i need new (free) rotors

EDIT: Derp - answered my own question
The pads on the car now are going to be donezo any day now and very much appreciating the tip on these rotors, knocks a grand off the job right out the gate!

Are there any larger rotors that will work with the w212 e63 platform? I have recently encountered brake fade during high speed, repeat, braking. (Funny just a few weeks ago I responded to having no brake fade issues. Then drove the car harder and experienced it ...)

Unless you are racing your E63, I would stick with the OE 360mm rotors. If you are braking hard and encountering fade on a regular basis, I suggest looking into a set of Girodisc two-piece floating rotors for the front and rear. They are not cheap but they are about the best replacement rotors for hard street and/or track applications on the E63. Equally as important, you should also determine which brand and type of brake pad will work best for your particular application. I highly recommend CarboTech pads because they are very 'rotor friendly', compared to most other pads on the market, and they make a fantastic street pad called the 1521. ECB also offers a number of pads choices depending on your application, as does Girodisc.
