Hi I've been on these forms for awhile but finally got a used e63 so I could post. I bought it 3 years ago with 30,000 miles. I have 55k on it now. Its been a great car and have done some minor mods. My left rear is sagging for some reason when I park. It seems to be ok when I drive it. Also its my first winter in New England and need some snow tires that will fit the stock 19s. Thanks so much for your help.

You likely have a leak in that air spring:
https://www.fcpeuro.com/Mercedes~Ben...ir-Suspension/ This is only a suggestion. You should get that checked out by a qualified mechanic. It could also be a leak in one of the air lines.
I don't use proper winter tires though I live in NYC, but, I have heard the SottoZero's are pretty good. Also, they are the only option displayed at TR

Also, TR displays the stock size for a 2011 E63 (I am guessing that's your MY) is 18". If that's the case and you are gonna stick around the NE (assuming you are keeping this car)... perhaps it'd be a good idea to get a whole set in 18". That way you can simply unbolt the 19's and throw on 18's (wheels & tires) when seasons change.... another suggestion

likely the left airmatic system is leaking. This could be the air spring itself, the bellows, valves, or the hose assembly from the compressor to the spring.
In the trunk underneath the mats you'll find a small air tank with a compressor feeding the rear airmatic suspension. Start from there. Many individuals have switched their air spring to an arnott industries substitute for its price.
Get the spring fixed. The compressor is working hard to keep that inflated when the car's running. If the compressor busts then it's a lot more $. When the car is off, compressor doesn't run so it sags.
The 19" is an oem size if they optioned the performance package. Michelin alpin 4 or 5 are great winter tires but still be ready for a hilarious time. I've driven a 2010 e63 in the winter.
