Afternoon all! my passenger side Daytime Running Light went out and I was wondering if anyone has used aftermarket daytime running lights on their E63, if so what did you use?. If I did go with OEM I was curious to see that its not one-size-fits-all, the parts websites say " Not for cars with (Code 772, or 773).; For cars with (Code 800, 801, 802, 803, & P35)."
I cant believe MB wants $200+ for some LEDs, I'm tempted to take it apart and try to fix it!
Side note, anyone know how to keep the lower running lights from turning on by default? I used the instrument cluster to "disable" the running lights but they are still on? * I tried adjusting from the instrument cluster again and it worked after hitting the fog light button on and off*

Does anyone happen to have access to the replacement instructions of the passenger grille & daytime running light for a W212 E63 pre-facelift? Tried via the removing wheel well liner today but one of the coolers is in the way, so maybe from the bottom then unless the bumper needs to come off.
Regrading the part number, have you found the correct one? I can't seem to find the right one - too many variations.
