Took some better photos of the interior and installed new OEM intake tubes since the originals were breaking apart. I am continually blown away by how much of a difference just changing the trim made.

Put it on the dyno with the base EC Canada tune and it made right at 550 peak RWHP but made almost 100 more than stock up to redline.
Downpipes are done and ship tomorrow. Once I install them and get a few datalog runs in, I will get a revised tune and put on the dyno again.

This is the first photo of a properly shielded W212 catted downpipes I have seen. Well done. This vehicle deserves them. Who needs emissions aggravation? Too bad they get expensive in this configuration. Would be curious to read before vs. after feedback.

Great looking wagon Brandon. Let me know what front lip you decide to go with. I never came across one that looked like it was meant to be there when I was searching but I was wanting a carbon fiber front to go with the diffuser I have in the rear.

Yeah it’s quite the coincidence, lol. I came across a post from Redstar saying they have those downpipes ready to go on your car. Then of course, I had to do search to find your build. You always go above and beyond.

Thanks! You would appreciate my main build that is going on 3 years now. This is a total nut and bolt custom build for mostly show purposes. But the engine is the most extensive naturally aspirated Nissan Skyline RB engine ever built AFAIK. 1986 Nissan 300zx with N/A Rb28 that will be a 6 figure build when done. Full custom titanium header and exhaust is next.

Removed the stock downpipes. Just waiting on the new Redstars to arrive. Looks like Monday now. Going to do engine mounts while in there.

Hey Brandon, not sure how much you use facebook but the W212 Mercedes Owners Club group there has about 27k members and I'm sure a lot of them would love to see this thread. Check it out or if you want I can just post a link to this thread in the group.

Thanks!
Unfortunately, customs missed a scan so my Redstars have been shipped back to customs and who knows when they will be in my hands. I should have waited to pull the stock ones but was certain I would have them between Friday and today. I have broke the engine mount bolts free so I could replace those while in there.

Here is a bad cell shot of it while still on the lift. I will take real photos early this week. Hopefully will drive it with the downpipes tomorrow.
