Most Efficient Way of Doing Downpipes and TCU/ECU Tune?

Most Efficient Way of Doing Downpipes and TCU/ECU Tune?
There are a lot of vendors, products, shops, etc ..

Im only doing Downpipes, TCU/ECU tune, and mufflers. My question is which combination of products should I use to achieve this?

I thought about Eurocharged for tunes, Redstar Downpipes, and FI mufflers.

Your comments and advice are greatly appreciated. Any other mod I should look at? Street use only, no hwy racing...just a little noisier and faster is all I'm looking for
