Just looking at the link, it says :2009-2013 diff for Challenger/Charger/SRT8. Is this the correct link? Just asking for future reference. This rear diff also fits the AMG?

One does not need to swap out carrier bearings necessarily. My original bearings are absolutely fine. Could have reused them, just do not screw up 15mm right vs 18mm left. A really tricky stage is the circlips for preload, and the pinion gear backlash for optimal contact pattern. This is where the biggest risk and effort might be. You will be extremely lucky to not need this readjustment. Otherwise premature gearing wear is a matter of time.

Do you recommend a professional install rather than a DIY for this?
After finishing DIY, I encourage professional differential rebuild by an experienced and properly-supplied specialist. I am very good with research and sourcing, and yet, I had trouble and wasted time hunting down proper circlips. Costs and time accrue quickly. Not to mention filing the carrier and rigging a contraption carrier spreader. I ended up at the top end of tolerances and sanding down my original circlip on one side. My DIY result is adequate, but the vehicle slightly drifts left on burnout (with or without passenger). If your goal is to have a perfectly-tuned LSD in your vehicle, look for an experienced specialist and discuss the job (specifics and tolerances).
This is the first I have heard of a case spreader being needed for the install. I've found a few videos of wavetrac installs in C63/e63's and no one needed a spreader. Who was the manufacturer of your LSD?
