So, I went to one of the sponsors of this site and ordered rotors.....so, after the fact they call and ask for my VIN to verify that they are the right rotors. In looking at THEIR OWN website, seems they do not fit...but might. Maybe.
What I have on the way are Brembo 360mm / 36mm two piece...the Brembo part number? Heck if I know. Looking at a number of other sites it seems that I have the correct rotors en-route (pisses me off they did not cancel the order and NOT ship them before calling).
So, now I have bothered another very helpful vendor (also a sponsor of this site) who cant tell if they are or are not, or anything.
My big question is...if they fit an E63, is there a reason they would not fit an E63S??????? Was there even a non-"S" E63 in the US in 2014?
E63 non S existed in 2014 ... often were bought up by rental car companies as their luxury line... and they are indentical brakes to the e63S with steel brakes
I installed the brembo 2 piece 360mm rotor onto my e63s without issues. Fits fine, works fine, no noise, nothing bad to say other than it works as it should.
I guess I am only worried about the center circle, bolt circle and hat height...who knows, they arrive tomarrow. Worst case I have to pay freight to send them back.....what a mess (plus the vendor caused my business credit card to get shut down due to a fraud alert)

Peter...I am sure shipping (back) would offset that savings...maybe not 100%, time has value as well.
My brakes have worked out to be awesome. What to me is funny, I have cheap cheap cheap "AutoZone" pads (well, the good AutoZone ones) on the fronts waiting for the EBC Reds to arrive...they work, very well and almost no dust. I have been waiting on the the EBC because I am enjoying how low the dust is from the AutoZone pads....who would have thought???
But if you are happy with what you have why change?
Because they feel kinda like the brakes in my C240 ;-). They are more than fine for day to day...but, spirited driving I would rather have a pad that can handle the far higher temps and not start out gassing.
For those wondering, you can reuse your brake sensors if they haven't been damaged or anything. When I replaced my fronts, I was careful to not damage them and it's been 3k, no faults
To second what about 100 people have said on here. The w211 2 piece Brembos will be fine on a w212/R. Almost all 63 rotors fit the Brembo calipers except maybe the w213s but I have no first hand info on those.
On another note, I ordered some 2 piece slotted rotors from a company ParagonBrakes. They look similar to Girodiscs IMO. Has anyone had any experience with them? I tried to search the forum and couldn't find their name.
